Brief JD/Required Ability: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or ESH related / Shall be a university graduate (Engineering, Construction or ESH related qualification) with a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in construction safety, five (5) years of which must have been as a safety manager on construction sites within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The candidate will hold either a NEBOSH IGC, an OSHA 162-hour Construction Safety & Health Manager or similar certification from an internationally approved body acceptable to Royal Commission ES&H. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English as well as computer literate and hold a Saudi National driving license. The candidate after contract award must pass an ES&H Manager competency test with a minimum pass mark of 70%, and will then be subject to a personal interview with Royal Commission ES&H Department for evaluation prior to confirmation and approval.
